I was very dissatisfied with the description of the sneakers. I was wanting lace up shoes...and the descripting did not say anything about the shoes not being lace up...the picture even looked like they were lace up shoes. I am going to have to return them.

The selection of shoes was great, as were the available sizes. The prices are a little high (full suggested price). I would have purchased the shoes at a local discount store in my area, but unfortunately, they did not have the size I wanted, nor did the website of the discount store. Therefore, I was forced to pay full price. Fortunately, shipping was free due to the amount I had spent, and the plus side, no sales tax. Bottom Line: I would shop at Skechers again, but only as a last resort.

I ordered these shoes on-line and was very easy for someone with so much limited computer skills. I did think it took a little long to get the shoes but maybe that was more impatience on my part than length in shipping.

It took a long time for the order to be assembled and finally shipped (10 days). I have yet to receive my order and won't for another 4 days. Their website claims that most orders are received in 7-10 days. That was definitely not my experience. I ordered the shoes for a cruise that I'm leaving for in 5 days...I hope they make it or they'll just be returned.

Experience, so far, is good. I had to return one of the two pairs of shoes. Just returned them yesterday, so don't know how long it will take for them to be received and for them to issue a credit.

I have several pairs of Skechers, two are Bright Eyes, one pink and one yellow the other two are slip-ons that tie - white with silver trim and white with red trim. I am 56 years old, and find them very attractive and comfortable. My purchase from the Skechers web-site was for Bright Eyes with white, and with navy trim. I recommended the Bright Eyes Skechers to my sister, who has knee problems, and she LOVES them. My mother has a pair, as well. In my area of Florida (between Tampa and Orlando), the selection of Skechers is not as good as I can get on the Skechers web-site. It was a pleasure to deal with your web-site.

Purchased a pair of boots Xmas 2005 at Sketchers in our Mall. Daughter loved them. They fell apart after she wore them 5 times. I don't recommend buying shoes there. Was NOT a pleasant experience. I will not return.

The ease of ordering was easy. However, their follow through was lacking. After receiving an email saying the shoes would be here within 10 days, two weeks later I check and my order hadn't even shipped. Send an email to customer service. 4 days later with no response. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone to cancel the order, which by the way, they didn't even have the shoe in stock and weren't sure if they would. Would have been nice to have gotten an email about the status, especially for the holidays.
