I have bought a handful of other pieces of jewelry at R.S., and am happy about 50% of the time. When the items arrive they are either much smaller than advertised, or don't have much sparkle. I returned these earrings because they were puney, even though they looked substantial on the website. Shipping is quick, though.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Although I was in no hurry to receive my purchase, I thought it took a bit longer than it should have. Seems it was shuffled around a bit before getting in the the US Postal Service. I understand having a system for distribution, but this seemed a little long. Other than that, I am perfectly happy with my purchase. I didn't need to contact the merchant about the order. My problem was that RS didn't read my order... they just processed it and sent all bells to the 1st address they saw. I wrote an addendum that they should send one bell to the CO address and 2 to the HI address. It may be that their website isn't rigged correctly for the ordering dept. to understand the customer's wishes. My bell is in HI and I will get it in Jan.!!!!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

My biggest disappointment came from the fact that this $200 item was simply delivered in my mailbox. A signature should have been required for delivery. I could easily claim that I had not received it, or worse, someone could easily have stolen the package right out of the mailbox. I chose not to spend an additional $5 for gift wrapping. This should have been included for free! Not the best customer service in that regard.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
