maybe good for certain items, but don't be fooled by the flowers

I bought a pretty expensive pink phalaenopsis plant because the photograph on the website was exquisite. After noting her underwhelmed response upon receiving it, I asked her to send me a
digital picture of it, and I was equally underwhelmed, as well as surprised and embarrassed since I had already sent her a photo from the website of what the plant was supposed to look like. The plant on the site was a radiant, mature plant with at least 15 blossoms, while the plant my mom received was a short, stumpy, unimpressive cutting with a total of three blooms. No wonder she was underwhelmed. On a positive note, though, when I called to explain my disappointment, the customer service rep was very friendly and refunded my money. On another sour note, however, I had to replace the plant with another plant or flower, despite my complaint that what you see online is not necessarily what you're going to get when you take a risk on the flowers at redenvelope.
