I have shopped here pretty regularly over the last 4 years. I know everyone has an opinion, but customer service here has always been excellent for me. True they have only made one mistake on an order of mine (In my opinion a very good thing considering that I have purchased from them about 20 times)but it was handled immediately and beyond my expectations. I see a couple of people who would differ from my opinion, but I think based on my experience that their is probably two sides to that story as I have never received anything but top notch service.

If you need people with product knowledge these people are also second to none. I have been told that they have been in the business for 17 years and were one of the first to sell this type of product on the internet. If you ask them a technical question about Pet Fences you will see very quickley that they know everything there is to know about this sort of product. "Electric" fences and how they work can be a pretty confusing and even scary thing to think about. But once you understand how they work and how important proper training is, it really becomes a no brainer.

I did also have a unit die after about 14 months. I was afraid that it would be out of warranty but they had it replaced no questions asked and at very little expense to me ($20) for a $100 transmitter. Again that is awesome!

Just my opinion for what it is worth :-)
