Everything about QVC is great except for the shipping method. Ups in my area is only opened from 2pm to 5pm and they are not opened on Saturdays. I had to wait 1 week so i could get off work and pick up these packages. If i should order from QVC again I will have the items held at a UPS place that is opened during business houes and on Saturdays

I am a regular customer of QVC, primarily for skin care and fashion items, however I shop in other categories as well. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with QVC and recommend them regularly to all of my friends.

I have never had a bad experience with QVC. The items I have on auto-delivery always arrive on time and in good condition. When they are out of something they quickly let you know and if they expect another shipment to arrive they let you know the date they expect it. You can then decide if you want to wait or not.

The on-line ordering database is a mess and riddled with programming errors. I've worked in IT for over 20 years, and it reminded me of an alpha test version. Not even beta test version. So what happened? I placed my order, but was having problems with my printer and didn't get my order with order number printed out. Before I could return to my computer, it was off the screen. To top it off my order never went into the database so my order wasn't placed. Thank goodness for the 800 number and the great help behind the phones. Because of the great customer service I get when I call, I'll continue to order with QVC. It will be a very long time before I attempt to place another order online.

I shop at QVC only occasionally, but I have never had a problem with receiving my purchases or with the quality of the products. This was no exception. Everything was as they promised. The purse came in about a week's time and was carefully packaged and in good shape.

Repeated problems with customer service in some areas. emails are either NOT responded to or responded by someone who OBVIOUSLY NEVER even read my question. When they are wrong they continue to argue back a forth and promise but NEVER deliver on forwarding my concerns to a supervisor. Too frustrating. I am curtailing severely my ordering from QVC in the future.

Good selection of items, especially when you don't live in a large metropolitan area. Easy returns. Some items are over-priced. Far too many items made in China. We have excellent businesses in this country who could provide quality products, meaning our money would not go to a communist country. I personally try to never buy anything from China.

I love QVC. I have been shopping here for almost 10 years and I have only had a couple of incidents where I had to return a purchase. Their quality control is superb in my opinion. I think QVC has items that you can not find anywhere else or has items at exceptional prices that you can find in big outlet stores. I will continue to purchase from QVc until they go out of business which I hope is never. Their customer service representatives are excellent. They are nice and go out of their way to meet our needs.
