I think you should update your website to be able to have a different ship to address other than a bill to only. My purchase was a gift... and I knew that you didn't allow the ship to function and followed your instructions to add the address to my visa... however it still caused delays and frustration that was unnecessary.

Tried your on-line discussion three times but it was not available. I would still try to purchase from PureMobile again although this purchase was somewhat frustrating.

Customer service is terrible. Order placed July 28th (now sept 21st). I was told the phone is not in stock but the website clearly says it is in stock. I ordered two phones (that was the first one), the second one I ordered a warranty with it for 25 dollars. I received the second phone but no warranty information. Gentleman on the help line was not helpful. When I called regarding the other phone that I ordered (which apparently is out of stock) I asked for a copy of the warranty for the other phone since I didnt receive it. He said he would send me one out and that was over a month ago. I would be very leary about using this company.

they are too demanding regarding credit verification. It is annoying, and possibly a safety risk for me, to have to fax them a copy of my credit card and of my ID.
Other sites don't do it.
also it seemed nearly impossible to have the item sent to my private address, which is different from my billing address. I live in several places and they are registered with my Visa card provider. Other sites have no problem allowing to send to another address, as long as it is registered with Visa.

i purchased an unlocked se mobile from puremobile,
after ordering they sent mail like its out ofstock will take some more days , after few days they shipped the item as it is coiming from canada bank also charged extra 6 dollars transaction fee . package was sent by ups,to ups puremobile gave incomplete address destination address without aprtment number ,seeing such irresponsible people first time,never seen such poor service in my life ,still calling ups and asking for package ,havnt got till nw ,their is no negative star else i could give tat for puremobile |

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I bought an LG KS360 that does not work. It just shows Emergency Call only on the screen. Took it to AT&T and they told me it was a foreign market phone. Have already sent four e-mails for them to replace it and have not heard from them at all. They are fast at taking your money... but that's about it! Stay away from this place.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service.
I ordered an iphone case online, and was given no indication that the case was out of stock. It wasn't until 3 business days later that I received an email telling me that the item was out of stock. It didn't explain what my options were or anything - it was just letting me know. I replied to that email asking if there were other colors available, and received no response by email. I called the phone number a few days letter. Left a voicemail which wasn't returned, and after a couple of hours I called back and got someone on the phone. He told me that they were waiting for me to tell them if I wanted to wait until they got more in stock. It was a very disappointing experience, and I will never do business with them again. I lost a week and a half because of these guys, and I really wanted that iphone case. |

Do yourself a favor, don't buy ANYTHING from PUREMOBILE.COM. They sell defective electronic and will NOT refund your money. I purchased a MOTORIZR z8 and an additional full warranty. The phone was defective and within days of receiving the phone, it just shut down and would not function. Puremobile's customer support in THE WORST. They never respond to your emails and when you call and actually get someone, they do not want to help you. They have an idiotic refund policy - 10 days after purchase or no refund. The time it takes for the product to ship to your is 7-14 days. They do not count 10 days from when your receive the phone but from when it was purchased. Puremobile never send me any information about the P3 warrant I purchased and never send me a bill of sale with the phone. I sent the phone back to them and demanded a full refund, they refused. Now I am disputing the charges with my credit card. Save yourself stress and too much hassle -DO NOT BUY FROM THEM-

Excellent service. I checked the availability of the phone I wanted with a sales rep on the online chat and placed my order right after. The phone was just delivered to me 30 minutes ago exactly 2 days after placing the order. The phone is brand new and all the accessories are in.

I got negative experience dealing with this company. They prefer to send shipment via UPS to home address only, I mean billing address of the Credit Card. They do not accept your working office address for delivery. As you know, UPS facilities are located usually far away from big cities, somewhere in countryside. This is my case. Thus, you cannot be home at 4:30 pm when UPS driver usually arrives, you cannot reach UPS facility in order to pick up shipment because this facility works till 6pm and far away from your home. As for redelivery to new address, I mean your office address, it takes two days more. That is ridiculous. The delivery takes a week. I know there is office of Puremobile in Montreal, just 5 min away from my office. Nevertheless they prefer to charge $15 for shipping and send order via UPS. Puremobile does not provide option to pick up package locally from they office or choose the shipment method. In my case local pick up or Purolator would be much better.

I purchased a Blackberry 8820 on on Sept. 19, 2008. I live in Ottawa, Canada - apparently Puremobile secures products through various sources around North America.
When my BB arrived, I saw that it was sent from Levis Quebec. Six days later on Sept. 25, my credit card was used to buy $720.00 worth of goods from Loblaws and $1000.00 from Canadian Tire in and around Levis / Trois Rivieres. Coincidence? I thinnk not. Luckily my CC compnay flagged it as fraud so I'm not on the hook for the payments. Anyone else have this experience? |

I will continue to shop with them. My product however, was backordered though on their page it said "available". There was no indication initially when it will arrive in stock so it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't get me product right away. However, the order was quickly cancelled and my card was never charged. I will shop again with them however will order only items that are labeled "in stock".

Luckily my purchase came promptly and was exactly what I ordered because the customer service people are almost impossible to get a hold of. Considering a lot can go wrong with cell phones and technology in general, I think that it is vital that there is some sort of communication with customer service in case something goes wrong.
My friend also got a cell phone that she decided she wanted to return and there was a huge turn around time before she got a new one. She did however eventually get the right phone. |
