After nearly being scammed from 2 other online "stores", I was very skeptical about Profeel at first but rapidly became very comfortable with them. I called with a question and was greeted very professionally by a friendly voice. At first the person didn't know the answer but said she'd call back which she did very promptly. I then had a problem with PayPal (not Profeel's fault) so I called again and Profeel corrected the problem immediately while I was on the phone. She even included a free gift with my order!

Fantastic experience with Profeelvideo.com. Their price was not the cheapest, but the service was incredible. Delivery was prompt. The customer care representative read my comments placed during the order process and address my concerns. The item was shipped next day with two day delivery (even though I selected UPS ground).
I realized after the item had been shipped that the order was processes for a slightly different item than what I wanted (different color). I called profeel and they took care of it. I refused delivery and they shipped the correct item the next day (again delivered in two days) without any extra fees or hassles. I would definitely buy from them again. |

I chose Profeel because of the price they offered on the camera that I wanted. From the first, their customer service, especially Sharon, was topnotch. Very professional and helpful~! The order shipped pronto, and arrived even sooner than I expected. Upon arrival, the box, which was packed very securely, contained all that was expected, along with a tripod as a free gift, great!!!

I ordered the sony W90 digital camera and it was in the mail the same day and had it in three days as I payed for priority mail. The problem was the memory stick 1 gig was late by almost a week.So I can say I was somewhat happy with the transaction as the product was good and delivered promptly. I would have no problem ordering from them again.

Ordered Canon Rebel XTI. Great Price. I paid for quicker delivery and order arrived accurately and promptly. I was called after order was placed and told my camera wasn't in stock and the only way to get it quickly was to pay $20 more for the black model. I also had to go through the typical upsell speech. Aside from those two episodes, the experience was excellent.

Ordered a Canon 30D from them on late Monday evening using the net and Paypal. Never talked to the first person...I knew what I wanted and what I needed and really didn't want to talk to anyone...I had read countless incidents of others ordering stuff from other companies that used bait and switch tactics so I was expecting the worse even though resellerratings and Epinions gave Profeel good numbers. THe next day I got my shipping notice with a tracking number and had my brand new camera with a USA warranty in my hands on Thursday. Simple as it could be. Great Company that Profeel!!!

My experience with Profeel has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I did significant price-shopping research and ultimately decided to place an order at the Profeel website for an expensive Canon camera, with delivery to my friend in another state. A Profeel customer service rep called me the next day and spoke to me as if I were a criminal trying to perpetrate a scam against Profeel. At first she demanded that I contact my credit card company and add my friend's name to my Visa card. I refused. Then the customer service rep said that I would need to fill out additional identity-verification paperwork and fax it back to her along with a copy of my driver's license and a photocopy of both sides of my credit card. I reluctantly agreed. The camera finally shipped today, but I will NEVER do business again with Profeel. I was treated very rudely and in a condescending manner. |

After extensive web & store research, I bought a high end digital point and shoot camera and accessories from profeel. I read and didn't quite believe the positive reviews on the web about profeel, especially about customer service. To check it out, I asked my salesperson about the few negative comments (the occasional goof ups) and she said that they goof but they then go way out of their way to fix it. So I continued. The sales assistance was very good (knowledgeable, friendly, articulate). There was NO pressure to buy immediately. I called back twice and bought on the third time with no pressure to buy anything but what I needed. The price was good. Shipping was as promised. They made an error in shipping sending me the wrong brand of the memory card. They offered a swap the part or to send me a new receipt for warranty. All in all I would call these folks again in a heartbeat.

I tried to order from them yesterday, around 5 pm (NY time).
After completing checkout process I got the page "processing order", then their home page. No order number, no details,no email confirmation - nothing. I emailed them asking to confirm the order reception, and not yet got an answer. I hope guys indeed got the order, and it is just web site glitch. If I don't hear from them today, I'll try to cancel the order on Friday. I'll update this review as story goes on. UPDATE: They emailed me shortly after 9 AM, and acknowledged that order "never came through". So nothing to cancel :) So they lost this transaction (I ordered at B&H for the same price), but I'll give them a try next time. |

I purchased a camera and some accessory equipment from Profeel and was very pleased with the service I received. Their website was easy to use and their prices were very competitive. I had a question concerning their extended warranty contract and called them on their (800) line before I placed my order. The person I spoke with was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I placed my order on their website on Sunday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday morning (barely two days later!) using their free shipping alternative.

About a day after I placed my order on-line, Profeel informed me by e-mail, with no further hassle, of additional and ordinarily necessary items for the Fuji s9100 I ordered. This order, however, was for an upgrade for me from the Fuji s5100, and since I used the earlier Fuji for a couple of years, I did already have all of the accessories recommended. My order arrived incredibly quickly (ordered Thurs. and arrived following Tues. by regular UPS). Tested the camera in following days, and it worked very nicely. I feel very positive about the transaction.

I was looking for buy a Sony DSC-W100 digital camera. Through many hours of research I came across this site : http://www.resellerratings.com. From there, I compared the price with other online stores.
I chose to shop at Profeel because it has the best price and with good reputation to back it. I placed the order for Sony DSC-W100 online on February 22, 2007 and received the package on 02/27/07. It was shipped via UPS Ground. Once the order was placed, I immediately received the order confirmation via e-mail which informed me of my order number, the item model and price, and the shipping cost. A day later I received another e-mail to let me know that the order was shipped and the tracking number was provided to track down the package. So far, this is my best, smoothest, hassle-free online shopping. I wish I had known about Profeel sooner. |
