I was in need of a Cannon XH-A1, and found profeel to have great prices. After reading some reviews, I felt sure enough to go ahead and place my order.

After placing my order, I received a prompt email response telling me that I would soon receive a email or phone confirm. I didn't wish to wait, so I called up profeel. (this was on the weekend, but I still got service.) I spoke with someone who told me I would need to re-enter my credit card info in a Google checkout. This made me a little nervous, but I did it. I then called them back again to make sure they received it, and they did. They then said my order would ship the next day. The next day, sure enough, my ordered had shipped. I chose the free shipping method, but now wish I would have paid the $20 to get it here much earlier. It took about 6 days for the package to arrive, but everything was in good working order. I even got a free profeel t-shirt.

Over all, profeel was a great experience, and I recommend it for great prices and service. I advise to call profeel after receiving the first confirm email. This will greatly speed up the process.
