I am so happy I found this site! The products are unique and I can find something for just about anyone on my list, for any occasion! I couldn't believe it when I saw that I could get a personalized, engraved item sent out in 1-2 days--it is usually at least 1-2 weeks on other sites! I got exactly what I ordered just a few days after I ordered it and I am so excited to present my gift!

I recently placed an order with Personalizationmall.com. At first I was unsure about placing the order because I had never placed an order online before. I have to say that this was very easy to do. I called to make sure that they did receive my order and spoke to a very nice young lady who assured me that they had my order and that it would ship out in just a few days. I received an e-mail this weekend letting me know that my order had shipped. I cant wait to receive my items and I will defiantly use this company again.

I was a little nervous ordering from PersonalizationMall.com after reading some of their past reviews but there were some gifts I just couldn't find anywhere else so I took a chance and ordered. I couldn't have been happier with how my order was handled. The day after I placed my order, their customer service team called me with a question about my the personalization I had entered. I had overlooked a spelling error and they wanted to double check with me before proceeding with the order. They were very courteous on the phone and I couldn't believe they how they went out of their way to help me avoid an embarrassing mistake! The following day I received a tracking number in my email. Despite my error when ordering, the item still shipped in the 1-2 days they advertised. When my items were delivered it was clear everything had been packed very carefully and all my gifts were in perfect condition and even better than I had imagined. With the holidays coming up, I know I will be returning to PersonalizationMall.com and shopping with confidence!

I ordered a wedding anniversary gift and it took them a week to respond to my order and got it after 2 weeks.But one problem it was done in their way not as I requested.So contacted customer service through e mail and phone and at last they agreed to do it again for free.Gave the correction in writing and talked to some manager and he said will be done right this time.Again waited for 2 weeks and this time 2 mistakes were corrected one still remains.Contacted customer service again. 4 emails 3 voice mails,but no body responded.After continuous phone call they refunded the money and said to make it correct need to place the order again do the same circus.Will never shop there and won't recommend it for anyone.

Product ordered on 12/9/04 for shipment in 3-4 days. Did not receive before Christmas. Sent e-mail requesting information about order. Return e-mail said that they would have to forward the request to a remote office and would get back to us in 4-7 days. After a week I again e-mailed them and they responded that they would have an answer by Monday. On Wednesday 1/25/05, they sent an e-mail indicating that the item had been shipped. Received on 1/26/05. Merchandise was good quality, but could obtain elsewhere with less hassle and on-time.

Same old story as the others here it seems. Ordered Jan 10, 2005 for a Jan 21 anniversary gift (crystal flute set). Web site stated the product would ship in 1-2 days. After nine days of waiting, all attempts to contact this company have proven fruitless. They don't return email requests for status and their sales phone line continuously told me their "sales consultants" were busy - but leave a message and we'll get back to you. I don't think so - given their inability to respond to email.
This, honestly, is the worst experience I've ever encountered from an organization doing business on the web. Customer service is non-existent, but they sure are quick to charge your credit card. Do business with Personalization Mall at your own risk! There seems to be a pattern to the way they do business. One last note, if you have problems with any vendor that takes your credit card, be sure to make your credit card vendor aware of the problems. |

I used PersonalizationMall.com to order my business Christmas cards for Christmas 2003 and 2004 and received them on time. On the other hand, the non-card items I ordered on 12/03/2004 have still not been received.
I have contacted PersonalizationMall.com several times via email about the order but have received no response. They do not have any phone number for customer service under the "Contact Us" tab but under "Who We Are" tab they list a 609-910-6000 number that you can reach customer service. However, their customer service is not helpful and will simply tell you that the order has been shipped to get rid of the customer. Do not believe the guarantee shipping promise listed on their website. They will charge your credit card immediately and ship the item at their convenience. I would not recommend ordering from this site because if there is a problem with the order PersonallizationMall.com does not respond to any emails and they do not have toll free customer service number listed on the website. |

Way too slow with processing and shipping orders

I placed an order on 12/6. The website indicated that all the items I ordered would ship in 1-2 days. I emailed customer service on 12/17 to inquire about when they shipped. The next communication I received indicated that the items shipped on 12/18, but as of today (12/22) I have not received them and the tracking number provided by the merchant does not register with the USPS tracking system. I sent another email today with no response to date. At this point I hope to receive the gifts in time to give as Christmas gifts, but I'm not confident that will happen. This place really needs to work on their shipment process. I would not purchase from them again.

I am very disappointed with personalizationmall.com. I ordered multiple items, each stating a production time of 1-2 days and delivery in 3-4 days. Two weeks later I still have no ornaments. I have called customer service and emailed them multiple times. The first time I called, I was told it would be ready in a few days. The next time I called they said it was mailed on Saturday. Today is Thursday. I called again and was told it never shipped and they don't know why.
It is worth noting that personalizationmall.com does not have a toll-free number to contact for customer service. In fact, I had to dig around the website to find any phone number at all. Also, they charge your credit card immediately even though they don't ship on schedule. Most reputable retailers do not charge your account until the order is complete. If you need something in a timely manner, please don't trust the time schedule listed on the website. Christmas is coming and I don't want anyone else to be as disappointed as I am. |
