For a brand/company I had never heard of I was slightly hesitant to order over the Internet. However, their website was informative, and prior to placing the order I called into their support center to ask a few questions and they were quite helpful. One of my windows is quite large and they explained the differences in detail about the various blind options they offer. I also checked out Home Depot, but I was fairly disappointed with the lack of knowledge that the employee who helped me exhibited. I suppose it is tough to know about the nuances of every little thing in the store. The price at Payless Decor was comparable to Home Depot, and less than anywere else I saw. So, I took the leap since it looked like they were listed with the bbb anyway I figured worse case scenario I go through them.

I ordered wood horizontal blinds, they literally were delivered to my house on a Friday after ordering on Monday so I could not have been more pleased. So they did live up to the speed they touted on my order certainly. The first blind actually took a while to put up. I made a few missteps on drilling holes, so I recommend you take your time. But after that it was a breeze -- a drill and screwdriver were all that was necessary (and a level). The blinds look awesome, and I saved a ton, so overall I am quite satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them again.
