I ordered 1 package (25 sheets) of 20x28" Stardream cover paper from Paper.com because they were much more affordable than any other source (and even more so with an online coupon I found online). I was excited that they offered a relatively small quantity of the full size sheets, since other companies sold them in 50pks or not at all, selling only cut sizes of 8.5x11 or 12x12 for a much higher pricepoint. I was worried that the order could be a hassle given the feedback that others have left, but I went ahead anyway.

I'm glad to report that my experience was really positive. I had in fact called them a few weeks ago about a different product, and not only did they answer the phone promptly, but they called me back right away with the answer (they had to go look it up). With this order, I called them because the UPS tracking info was incorrect, and again they quickly called me back with the resolution. Shipping was quick (I placed the order very late Thursday night, it shipped out Friday and arrived Tuesday morning)and the packaging was excellent (they shipped the paper flat, rather than rolled - some stores charge extra for flat packaging). They have a great selection, and very good prices, so I would definitely use them again.
