Worst Experience Ever

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Here are some of the details:
- I placed an order and paid extra (a lot extra) for 3-day shipping.
- I got an email that said the order had been processed.
- I went to the website to check the status and it stated that it had shipped.
- I used the tracking information provided and found that the item had NOT been shipped, they had only sent billing information to UPS.
- After three attempts at contacting them through their web form I got a reply that the order was backordered.
Even though BACKORDERED they had still charged my card, sent billing information to UPS so they got a tracking number and it looked like it had shipped. Both of these are things I have never seen any company do.
- I then contacted them again and they asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I replied yes and that I expected a prompt refund since they should not have charged my card without the item in stock.
- It has been almost a week and I still have no refund showing, even though they sent me an order confirmation again that stated I had issued a chargeback.

This company has horrid business practices and no contact information available anywhere.

Run ... don't walk away from this company.
