Website incorrectly described PC-DVD as NT compatible. Manufacturer's site says "no." Had the website been accurate, I would have been spared the cost, effort and delay of having to return the PC-DVD and ordering a different one.

I had a great experience with this company. I was a little nervous about making such a large purchase online, but this transaction was very smooth. I encountered some very friendly, helpful people when I called in with questions. The order was made one night, and received the next day at noon. I've been using my laptop for 2 weeks and am very happy with its performance. Overall, I give this company an A and would definitely buy from them again.

The only negative experience was paying for 2nd day shipping. The form didn't say whether the 2nd day was in business days or logical count of days. I purchased the product on January 20th and received it on the 24th. I figured it was because there was a weekend between the time I ordered and the time I received it. However, I do believe the web site should have indicated business days.

The product was a better price than at other places, but it is delayed and I will not receive it on time. When I placed the order, PC Connection advised that the product was on backorder and would take 5-7 days to ship. I sent an email on the 7th day and they advised that the product was still on backorder and that they couldn't give me a reliable date when it would actually ship. I asked for a ball-park estimate, and they still have not responded. I needed this product as a gift for my husband's birthday and now it is going to be late. I would probably shop with them again, but I wouldn't trust their delivery promises.

While we have used this supplier several times before, it is somewhat difficult to find the exact item on their website. Other than that, the products ordered were received timely and in great shape. One other thing, I thought the shipping box was very large (a 4"x12"x12" box) for three 1/2"x2 1/4"x3" tapes.

I still haven't received the product even though it was shipped out a week and a half ago. I am required to pay for second day air because I live in Alaska and it takes 3 weeks to get here. They send it overnight to Anchorage where it gets put in fourth class mail. Hmmm. If they could have mailed it priority in the first place it would have cost half as much and I would have gotten it last week.

PC Connection was an easy navigable site. The checkout was extremely fast. Delivery was outstanding. I ordered on Wednesday during the afternoon. I recieved an email that the order had been shipped on Thursday, when I got home Thursday night DHL had delivered my product.

Simple: Rebates SUCK! They waste your time, they are so complicated that people, after the sale AND after they figured in the discount, simply say "the hell with this". I HATE rebates. If the companies wanted to do something SPECIAL for their customers they would simply advertise the price with the discount. Perhaps put a special code in the proper place on the order page to receive the "instant" rebate. EVERYBODY would buy without reservation. Think about it. I'm tired of buying this way - though this company's service was above average.

I selected 2 day delivery. Item was shipped on Friday morning. It arrived on Tuesday morning. I'm not sure how you figure the 2 days. If Saturday was included, which was implied on some of the delivery selections, then the item should have arrived on Monday. I am going on vacation so it was important to get it fast, but one more day wasn't a problem this time. I would like to suggest that the definition of "2 day delivery" be made specific when a weekend is involved.

Making the online order was easy, but the products were not delivered w/the expedited shipping paid for. A backordered item was not referenced on the packing for the received items, no update e-mail was sent by PC connection, nor does the website allow for tracking of only partially filled orders. When I call PC Connection I spoke to a friendly operator, who unfortunately displayed the apparent disinterest by PC connection to hold any kind of responsibility for follow up on partially filled orders. I was told I could call back next week to see if they had more information on the backordered item. Too bad PC connection does not feel they should inform me of the backorder, possible availbility date, and follow up once the item is being shipped.

Good prices, easy to use web site, good searching tools. The order came a day earlier than I expected -- surprising since I ordered it one evening (Pacific coast time), requested overnight delivery, and it came the next day. I didn't expect it until the following day. Truly amazing! I have bought most of my peripherals and software from PCConnection over many years and they are very consistent in their quality service.

Generally excellent. Shipping department packs with air pouches which expand greatly when products are shipped to higher elevations (e.g. 7500 ft). This forces the packing box to bulge substantially and could force it to break apart. Order was shipped by both AirBorne and FedEx. FedEx tracking is excellent - each step in the transport process is noted, AirBorne's is relatively primitive - no intermediate information is provided.

I was told that I needed to speak to their technical support before I could return a defective product the same day I opened the product. This seems ridiculous. One should have a 30 day window to return a product with no questions asked. That's how most stores operate. I finally talked sense to the attendant and he gave me an RMA but after I told him I had another bluetooth headset from another manufacturer and that worked with both phones and the Logitech did not work with either of my cellular phones.
