I would definately NOT shop at PC Richards again

I would definately NOT shop at PC Richards again.

Circumstances forced us to buy several large and small appliances within a month's time.  Because of location convenience, price matching, 0% financing and multi-purchase discounts we bought everything from PC Richards.  Within 13 months of purchase we had a problem on every item except the LG Refrigerator which we took the extended warranty on.  It would have been comical if it weren't my life.  The dryer, washer, mini-frig and microwave all had to be replaced after first being delivered, installed or brought home.  The washer stopped agitating at 12 months.  The microwave died at 13 months ($77 lost there as it was 29 days over the warranty and a visit to the store didn't even result in an offer for a discount on a new one).

Don't get me wrong...the people at the store were nice and helpful with my multiple visits and their delivery men's phone calls.  And much of the stuff was GE, so I suppose they could be as much to blame, but what company has a track record like that with their merchandise?  I should have walked away when their delivery people installed the first dryer and ignored the store's instructions to reload it on their truck after they knew it wasn't working.
