Price was outstanding and shipping reasonable. I had read a some negative reviews of other merchants with comparable cheap prices and was nervous about ordering. I called on a Fri to make sure the items were really in stock. Customer service on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. He had 3 of 6 in stock, but would have all 6 by Mon. So I placed the order on Fri. It was shipped on Mon and received on Wed. I couldn't ask for better service.

I live in Norway and heard that alternative health products can sometimes be refused to enter the country. White Oak Bark capsules are not available here so I was quite happy and relieved to get them in a timely manner. I think it took about a week which is average for regular mail I receive from the USA. I emailed the company to report a very minor complaint about some of the containers having loose tops and a little spillage of the contents. Never heard back from them. Despite that, their rockbottom prices will keep me coming back.
