The website is very easy to browse and I always find what I’m looking for without difficulty. The ordering process is similarly quick and straightforward—no irritating “registering” for the website, unnecessary steps, or vague “upgrades.” Shipping is free as long as your purchase is over a certain amount (I don’t recall the exact amount but it’s not much), which is always a good thing. My packages have always arrived quickly, and I’m able to easily track their progress through the website. Optics Planet sends e-mails to let you know when your order has been shipped and when you can expect it. Prices are very reasonable, and usually the lowest I find online. If a competitor has a lower price, they usually charge for shipping, so it tends to balance out. Optics Planet has an amazing selection of products, and in my experience talking with their product specialists, their people really are experts in their fields. If you happen to be someone who’s not extremely knowledgeable about optics but are looking to buy something such as binoculars or rangefinders, I would definitely recommend talking to the folks at Optics Planet first. They’re very focused on helping people find the item that truly suits them in application and budget. All in all, Optics Planet is a first rate e-retailer with great customer service, fast and free shipping, a huge selection, and great, low prices. I would definitely recommend this store to others.
