The process was simple. The website had several customer reviews on all of the products, which helped me to choose from their extensive selection. The products were well packed and arrived in excellent condition. I tracked the order w/ the tracking # given and received the box on time. I am very pleased w/ my purchase.

Knowledgeable store staff, informative website articles. I'm so glad to have my cats on "real food"! I spent over $500 at the vet before figuring out my cat's science diet food was causing his problems, another $300 to $500 in diagnostics was recommended. All I did was change my cat's diet and add supplements. No more problems! I'd rather spend the money on good food than uninformed traditional vet approaches.

Pretty good overall. Shipping/Handling is high. Not happy with large (6oz) cans of Natural Balance because it is whipped into fluff, unlike the 3oz cans, which are substantial. Haven't decided whether or not to change my order, because kitties seem to be OK with it, and the price for a carton is almost the same. I thought it would be like cans of 6oz Coke...too much trouble to make the little ones, hence they cost almost the same as the big ones.But no, this company makes up at least some of the difference with air. I say at least some because kitties do seem to be eating less dry food with the large cans.

I think they do a great job. I can't remember if this is the company that reuses boxes for shipping which I think is an awesome idea.

The delivery time on this order was longer than expected or than experienced from other online merchants. Probably because it was evidently provided and shipped from another merchant. I am accustomed to receiving order in no more than 5 or 6 days, this took almost two weeks from the date of the order placement. Also could not track the order.

Very quick delivery, and products are working as advertised. My only input is the the dental cleaning supplement is a very small bottle, and I almost threw it out without realizing it was in there. Possibly a smaller box, or putting the bottle in a box could assist in making sure it's not missed. This was a great shopping experience, and this is only input, not a complaint. I was smart enough to read the packing list and search for it, but some other customers might have thrown it away in error.
