MIA: I orderd a pair of Bacco Bucci Maddox from onlineshoes.com because the price point was great, and from their email order confirmation it stated that the
shoe was in stock and would ship in 1 business day. I waited a week no shipping number so I emailed CS. They sent back a response that the shoe would be shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 5 days???? (No problem but, The manufacturer is in Italy)Anyway, 2 weeks down the road, still nothing. So I send another email to CS and a day later I get a response.

"I have contacted Bacco Bucci and they have informed us the item Maddox is no longer available and cannot be ordered by us. This order has been cancelled and no charges has been made your account.

Please give us the opportunity to provide you with an alternate item. Contact us for help choosing or to place your order".....I think not. It shouldn't have taken that long to get this answer. No wonder they don't have a Testimonial Page.

Excellent company. Shoe broke after 6 weeks, I had no paperwork. No problem: company emailed me a prepaid return shipping label, replaced shoes.

Everything was great! Order was fulfilled in 1 biz day, shipped next day... tax and shipping free! I couldn't find the classic Rod Laver adidas shoes anywhere in stores in San Diego... they had them in stock in my size...

Found great deal on late model running shoes. Could not find 'em anywhere else for such good price. I have normal size feet, too. Delivery was speedy and everything came in when they said it would. I like this site shop-by-size feature in Clearance section. Good site.

OnlineShoes.com had the shoes I was looking for at a price much less than any other online source I could find. They were very helpful on the phone when I called to verify that the shoes were actually in-stock and available for order. I used their "Standard, Free Shipping" option and the shoes were delivered the NEXT DAY! Now I only live one state away from where the shoes were shipped, but it still tells me that they processed my order RIGHT AWAY.

I am very happy with my first order from OnlineShoes.com and I will not hesitate to purchase shoes from them again.

I ordered shoes from onlineshoes and never got them. After a month, they still could not even come up with a tracking number, so I asked for a refund, that I am now currently waiting on for three days now. With that said, I will let you be the judge!

I had a bad experience with onlineshoes.com. The delivery was slow and when I finally did receive the package it only had one shoe in it. I then was told they left the other out on their store floor for a sample and that I would have to wait for standard delivery for the other shoe unless I wanted to pay for more shipping charges. The shoes were great once I got them, but bad customer service.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and they all arrived on my doorstep within the time period Onlineshoes.com said they would (3-7 days w/ Free Ground shipping). The shoes that showed up were what I had ordered. 2 of the pairs of shoes I returned. It was easy to return and I received credit for the 2 returned pairs. Overall, the shopping experience was easy and it was great to get new shoes. The site is appealing and easy to navigate. I will shop at Onlineshoes.com again.
