Good experience--on time. I appreciated the emails/notifications to show me the company was working on my order, etc. Very organized and I received my order quicker than expected. This is very minor, but the product I ordered did not have a picture online showing me exactly what it looked like, however I knew from other web sites what I was after. In this case, I was looking for a Jorge Posada Bobblehead from a particular company and I was looking for a particular action pose--where he is in catchers gear, waiting to catch a pop fly at home plate. I assumed this company only had one model of this player, so I ordered it without seeing a picture from online sports. Little did I know, that there was another model of this player, one where he is batting, and this is the one I received. I like it, not as much as the one I was after, but I feel it was my fault for not double checking on the bobblehead. Anyway, this sort of minor problem could possibly be avoided if there were pictures of every product on your website. But I would shop at Online sports again without hesitating. thanks.

I have received several emails regarding my purchase, but not the purchased item. I have yet to contact them myself as the date for expected shipment has not arrived. I appreciate the email updates, but I wish I had been told the item was out of stock from the beginning, and I would have ordered from someone else. I actually ordered two step sounters on 4-28 from different websites. The other one arrived May 1st. The one from OnLineSports is not here as of may 11.

We Purchased a schwinn stroller from online sports. What a HORRID experience !!!!!.. we got our stroller and attempted to put the front wheels on .. no luck one of the wheels did not latch on to the frame so we called online sports and they said they would call us back the next morning .. which they did first they said they would replace it then they needed more information then they said they would only send us the wheel.. this went on for a week and a half. so here i sit with a stroller that is not usable .They have said they would ship another one out to us as of yesterday ( 3 weeks after we got the original) we'll see!!.. Mind you My child will be driving by the time i get the replacement stroller !!

one frustration: the johnson johnson athletic 2" cotton tape I needed was backordered and it was a few days before I was informed. The customer service representative did however substitute a comparable product for the same price and shipped it to me as quickly as possible. This was extremely helpful, because I was injured. I liked the ease of ordering my basketball hoop system and the price was great. I did have a concern in that I was told I would be emailed when the item was being shipped. But a week after I had ordered it I hadn't heard from anyone regarding my order so I did contact customer service.
