First let me say that I got to OneCall through the Panasonic site. That, from the start, made me feel good about dealing with them. The item I ordered, a DVD player, was new, packed very well for shipping (double boxed), the price was one of the best (they bettered the best price I was able to find locally from a discount store and the net), and I couldn't have been happier. Except for one thing, the salesman called a few days later to see if I got the item and if everything was OK. That made me even happier. Overall is was one of the absolute best experiences I have had on the internet. I intend to give them all of my purchases of this type if they are even reasonably close to one of the better prices. A digital camera is next on my list.
