The first few orders went well but the last two were not good experiences. Selling items they do not have. They do not let you know this even when requested. Did not respond to email nor return phone call as promised. A real hassle to get a refund. Three weeks of problems.

Price for toner cartridge was excellent, but it took one month for the order to be delivered. I called about order and was told that I would get a call back about delivery, but I never got a call or voice message. Order was made on Dec. 1 and delivered Jan. 4, so Christmas rush might explain delay although it seems excessive.

There was a minor problem with them using DHL for shipping who never left a note on my door when they left my packege at the apartment office. DHL sucks and I wish they'd use somebody else. But when I contacted them, they actually responded with good customer service via a phone call no less. The price was great too. Definitely would shop there again.

My Epson printer died shortly after placing the order. Now, I'll have to wait for Omnipro to begin marketing cartridges for my HP 5740. Until then, I'm stuck with expensive "branded" cartridges. Thanks for the good service. bugmannn@Comcast.net

I was quite disappointed with how long it took to receive my item. It took Omnipro nine days to finally ship it; then it did arrive a few days after that. I would have preferred they ship it immediately, so I would have only had to wait for the mail service.

Very good prices for inkjet cartridges compstible with HP printers. I also liked that they included postage-paid envelopes for me to recycle my old cartridges, that was very helpful because I don't want to pay shipping charges to recycle my old cartridges!

I might try them one more time, but the delay in shipping was quite a problem, as I was already out of toner when I made the online purchase. I was notified that the shipment was to go out on the 8th and arrive on the 12th. Then, when I checked on the progress when it hadn't arrived by the 15th, I was told it had gone out on the 12th and would arrive by the 18th. Took almost two weeks to arrive from date of order. Product works fine however, and price was great.
