Really nice customer service reps, good delivery, very reasonable prices, like their website

The prices are very reasonable.   Once I had a problem with delivery, it took over a month to receive my cartridge.   But the other times I ordered I've been receiving it in a little over a week.    One thing that I didn't like is that once my cartridge was running out of ink even though the ink level was above half full.    I was told I could exchange it if I returned the defective one.   I returned it but they said they never got it.   I had a return address label on it so it should've come back to me.    I had followed up with the company to see if they received it (it was about a month) and they said they still didn't get it.    What I think they should've done was tell me they would go ahead and send me another cartridge anyway, even though they didn't get the defective one.    I think that would've been great customer service.    There's a customer service rep who is really nice and always get back to me promptly.   Overall their customer service is really nice, prices are reasonable, delivery has improved so I can get my order within a short period of time.   I would've really appreciated a replacement cartridge; they need to work on that.
