Follow up on my horrible experience phone order for the 19 inch LCD Monitor with OFFICE DEPOT.COM.

The order was placed in June 2006 and was delayed indefinitely. Thus, frustrated by delays after delays (i.e. call back in a few days for status) and cancelled order back in June 2006. Rebates with LCD monitor will expire in June 2006 so I did not want to take a chance of ordering the LCD Monitor.

I thought that I was done with OFFICE DEPOT.COM. Unfortunately, my August 2006 credit card statement arrived with a charge of $323.24 from OFFICE DEPOT.COM.

Called back to OFFICE DEPOT.COM and spoke to a representative named "ROSS" who offered me 4to wait for a call from OFFICE DEPOT.COM REPRESENTATIVE in which I refused. ROSS attempted to give me a credit but he asked me for my personal 3 number security code on the back of the credit card.

NEVER give anyone over the phone that number when they are giving you a credit back to your credit. Three days later I found out the "ROSS" CHARGED me again for $323.34 and gave me a credit on that. Another words, I still own Office Depot $323.24 for something that never arrived and was cancelled a while back.

I called several time to ask for the SUPERVISOR or Manager on duty. One representative told me that there was not a superivion on duty when I called.

I finally spoke to a female representive who will give a credit back on to my credit. She said it will be credit to my credit card. It has been 3 days since and nothing was seen.
