Is there a word to describe customer service worse than awful? Perhaps Gawd Awful. This is simply the worst place to purchase appliances on the face of the earth. As a property manager, I purchase dozens of appliances each year. I made the mistake of purchasing a Washer and Dryer from these people. The Dryer arrived damaged. First I was told that since I didn't refuse shipment on the unit, I would have to pay to ship it back and pay a 15% restocking fee on top of that. Then I was told by what clearly turned out to be a smart a$$ customer service agent that they had a meeting that he missed that morning and the new policy was that it had to be reported within 48 hours, therefore they would be arrangeing to have the unit picked up and replaced. A week went by and nothing happened, so I called back only to find out that it was all a lie.
All they know how to do is repeatedly site thier endless barage of terms policies and excuses. Number 1 Appliance, or as it is abbreviated NO1 Appliance which is quite more appropriate hasn't the faintest idea what Customer Service is and whats even worse, they don't care. These people are not deserving of your business.
