You can't beat Newegg for reliability, consistency, on-time delivery and over all customer service

I have been a loyal customer of Newegg's for a while now and the reason is their outstanding and unmatched service. Never have I received such excellence from an online company. Their order processing process is easy and very well thought out. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service center and representatives are quintessentially unequaled. Last year I ordered a new Minolta dImage Z1 digital camera and there was a problem with them verifying my address fro the credit card transaction. I placed the order over the weekend and expected it to arrive on Thursday because Newegg uses FedEx three day shipping. The address verification delayed my order two whole days and I needed the camera for vacation I was leaving for that Friday. Newegg Customer Service upgraded my shipment to FedEx Next Day free of charge.
Just recently I ordered an ATI HDTV Tuner for my system and it didnt work. Without any issue Newegg happily gave me an RMA number and within two days of them receiving it my credit was issued and by the third day my credit card was credited.
I would recommend to anyone ordering any kind of technology items to check out Newegg first. Even if you might find an item elsewhere cheaper, although unlikely in my experience, you will not be able to beat Neweggs service for reliability, consistency, on-time delivery and over all customer service. They are top notch in my book and will continue ordering from them as ling as they are in business. Their business model should be practiced by more companies not only companies doing business online but in companies in the retail business in general.
