Nationwide Mattress

We purchased this mattress from Nationwide a month or so ago and have had nothing but good things to say about the service we received from Nationwide--especially Richard Thomas! We were having a problem with a slight feeling of "sinking" in the middle of the bed--at least my husband felt it. I spoke with Richard,( he actually answered the phone himself!), who asked me to try a foam insert of sorts he would send FREE and see if this alleviated the problem. Not only did he do that, but he also said that if we still weren't satisfied, it would be no problem at all to return the bed. The insert came lots sooner than promised,( as did the mattress when we first purchased it), and has worked wonderfully!!! We LOVE this mattress-for the first time in years we wake up with backs that don't ache...all this and NO PRESSURE sales! Obviously they don't have to utilize pressure sales--their product is fantastic as is their attitude. Thank you so much Nationwide!!!
