When my Optoma H56 projector lamp went out I ordered one from them and paid the amount asked, because I thought it was a good deal. Little did I know! When the lamp arrived it was NOT THE RIGHT ONE! It would not fit in the module and so I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation, along with photos and full details of the correct lamp. They replied to me saying to send it back and that they would send the correct one. When the new package arrived I was stunned to discover that they sent me THE EXACT SAME ONE!! Their reply to this new cock-up was to tell me that they thought it best not to continue to see how they could find the right lamp and that they will give me money back. They did not want to even try and help me. So now, two weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund (which I’m sure will never come) and I am stuck with a worthless lamp, which cost me in total of $430. And I still have to buy a new one!!!
I have realised that they know very little about projector lamps and even less about servicing their customers. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
