The speed with which the order was completed and delivered was very good, and the order was exactly accurate. I did not need much customer service, but they were so-so (didn't respond to an email, were not helpful on how to submit digital photos). My overall satisfaction, however, was very high, and I quickly placed a second order for a similar suit - the price is right and the quality high (getting a jacket and two pairs of pants for $269 all included - wow!).

I am one of those many semi-short men with a flat posterior, Ready made trousers are difficult to find in a short rise. Regular rise trousers bag on me and look generally sloppy. I did an internet search for a custom tailor, expecting to find high prices and an average product. I happened upon Ravis Custom Tailors. The wide range of prices, fabrics and styles was daunting at first. Nevertheless, I decided to order what I considered to be a low priced pair of trousers. I received the trousers today, about a week before I expected them. I was pleasantly surprised with the product. The fabric is just what I wanted; the tailoring is impeccable; and the fit is perfect. No more store-bought clothes for me!

When I first found Ravis Custom Tailor, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of merchandise I would be receiving. I found it hard to believe that I could get high quality custom tailored suit over the internet. But after making my first purchase, I was amazed at the excellent quality and the superb fit. I am very critical when it comes to my clothing. I wear lots of DKNY, Diesel, Club Monaco and etc. These people really know what they're doing. With their great prices and excellent service, they have made a believer out of me.

The website, while vast and informative, is a little tough to navigate at first. It's worth the effort though, as there's great information (he has one of the most exhaustive FAQs I've ever seen) and the product is excellent.

My order arrived on time and as promised.

The shirt fit very well the first time. I will probably make a few small adjustments (half an inch here or there) before ordering another(I will be ordering more soon), but this one fits much better than anything off the rack.

Also, the shirt is well put together. Seems like it will last quite a while. I did order the shirt in a blue "pure cotton twill" that I was not thrilled with. It looks a little bit like a Dickie because of the color I picked, so be a little careful there.

Altogether, fairly inexpensive. I'm a little nervous to jump from a $40 shirt to a $300 suit, but I may give it a try. The shirt fit so well, it's hard to deny the appeal.

Ravis Custom Tailors Online store is one of the best and well managed online purchasing websites I have ever used. They are quick to respond to questions. Turn around time from when the order is placed to the time it is delivered to my door is always under 4 weeks. For custom made clothing, that type of turn around beats local walk in tailor services. The selection of fabrics and styles keep up with todays top fashion. In addition, not having to pay for oversize charges make it a significant bargain for us big men. Thank you for your hard work.

I was a little reluctant to order made to measure suits on-line, mainly because I was worried I would get the measurements wrong. However, the forms were self explanatory.
My dinner suit arrived on time and fitted perfectly. The quality of the fabric and workmanship was better than I had anticipated.

Very impressive service, and the speed of processing,and especially of delivery, was excellent. The website is well-structured, and the process of setting up the "My Personal Details" (i.e. measurements), which looks daunting at first, is really quite straightforward. The suit that I ordered fits very well, and the quality of the construction is much better than typical "off the shelf" items. I will definitely use Ravis Custom Tailors again in the future.

The prices are not exceptionally low, but the value is exceptionally high. Overall, I do not know how you can match the quality and convenience that you get from this company. No more trips to the suit shop, hoping that they will have something in your size in a fabric that you are interested in. Also, I find the shirts to be an excellent value in all the collections. The classic collection dress shirts are good for every day "road warrior use", while the fabrics in the higher end collections are luxurious.
My advise:
Take the measurements and order a few modest items to be sure the measurements work for you. Once you've got them set, you'll be pleased.

In the past eighteen months I have placed a five orders with Ravis Tailors. The consistant quality of materials used; workmanship and overall great service is amazing and that is one of the reasons why I have placed repeat orders. I have read a number of other reviews and some people have stated that items arrived wrongly sized. I would bet that the mistakes were more likely made when they took their own measurements and then stated that they want the items as a 'generous fit'. The tailors can only work to your specifics and it is important to remember that in every case, Ravis Tailors offers to make changes to please each customer.I shall be sending in my next order for summer pants & shirts within the next two weeks confident that I will be real happy with my new clothes from Ravis Tailors!!

Ordered a 3 piece suit and tab collar shirt. I have had suits custom made before and was slightly apprehensive about doing it on line. I started with the extensive measurement process chose the suit style, fabric style and custom features. (same for shirt). About 2 1/2 weeks later, my package arrived from my custom tailors.

Much to my astonishment, everything fit perfectly. I had expected to need to go my tailor for some alterations but there was no need. Everything was an amazing fit. The quality of the workmanship was amazing. The fabric (super 120's) was phenomenal. I will definitely be ordering much more from Ravi in the future. I recommend his services to everyone.

Wow, I was so happy that my suit came in just over 2 weeks! The
fit was so good as I didn't realize before that one of my shoulders is lower
and along with all the detailed measurements and the digital pictures I sent
in, they got it perfect!!! It is less then a week later and I am ordering
some samples of fabric so I can order more suits. I don't see any reason to
ever get a suit anywhere else. The customer service was so quick and very

You are constantly updated as to what stage you order is at. The time it took from when I placed the order to when I received it was only 7 days (not bad for making a shirt from scratch and getting it from Thailand to England).

I ordered a suit from mycustomtailor.com and I couldn't have been happier. The price was amazing, the quality was even better and I recieved the suit on the exact day that they expected it to arrive. There was a problem in the length of the suit jacket I ordered, but when I informed them of the error, they promptly corrected and sent it back exactly to my specifications. The shipping charge back to my house was waived and I recieved a free gift because of the mistake.
