I have ordered four pairs of pants from Ravi.  The quality has been excellent, and they have arrived well before the date promised.  Off the rack pants simply do not fit me well, and the opportunity to get custom tailored pants for the same price as US off the rack pants is tremendous.  It's somewhat of a hassle to carefully take your own measurements and then check them to make sure they are right.  But you only need to do that one time.  You need to make sure to order swatches of the material you are interested in before ordering the pants.  The colors shown online are somewhat off.  Even then, it is sometimes difficult to tell from a small swatch what the larger product will look like.  I ordered one pair of shorts with a cotton material and a blue color where the swatch seemed to look lke what I wanted, but the material of the shorts came back with a shine that I had not expected.  I have had good luck specifying "chino" material, which defines more precisely the qualities of the fabric.  There are high quality wools available, but I have not yet tried to order those.
