The website is a little unusual. Search engine worked well and brought up the right product quickly. It was unusually easy to view available colors and sizes. Shipping options and prices were clear. Product was delivered well within the given dilivery window.

I love the service of Moosejaw, but I think you can improve a little, for example the homepage display, also try to insert more description and different angles (pictures)of the products.

Moosejaw has always been a great shopping experience! I have called them and this was the only merchant that I have dealt with that said they would call back and they did in a very prompt and professional manner. They associates have far exceeded my shopping experience and I'm in retail!! Give everyone a big thank you for recognizing that it is all about "customer service"! They are the 10+ on the scale!!!!!

There is one thing that I wasn't happy about. There was not a detailed packing slip. I had to send back a Shirt for a larger size and there was nothing to reference. I talked to Evan in Customer Service and he told me to just write it in. I haven't heard whether there is a different size being sent or refund?????

when i ordered my product i asked for 2 day shipping. its been almost 3 weeks and ive yet to receive my order. i called customer service a week after my order and they said they would credit my account for the advanced shipping and that my order would arrive quickly. two weeks later i havent received my order. i called customer service yesterday and they told me that my order still hasnt been shipped yet. i understand inventory shortages and minor shipping delays, but 3 weeks for a product is absolutely absurd. tell moosejaw.com and their north face vendor that i am extremely displeased and unimpressed with the service i have received.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Moosejaw. Over the past year, I have ordered 4 jackets, all separate orders. Each time, I received an email tracking my order. Everytime I received my merchandise before the expected delivery date.

My packages both had to be signed for which was very disturbing. We had to rerout them because UPS only comes while I'm at class or work. It would be nice to have the option not to sign for the package.

I was very impressed with Moosejaw. There was an excellent selection of products and colors available. The North Face fleece that I purchased came within two days. I was very happy with the entire shopping experience.

The only complaint I have about Moosejaw is their customer service. They are always very friendly, but as a whole...their staff is not the most knowledgeable about the gear they are selling. Other than that, their prices are great, and their operators will bend over backward to help you out. Just ask someone else if you have a techinical question about the gear.

My order came more quickly than I expected. However, the packaging was TERRIBLE! Clearly the backpack had been made to fit into a too small box. The legs of the backpack were poking through the box. You could stick your hand into any number of points on the box which meant rain or snow or whatever could have gotten in there - bad tape job. There was no protective packing material around the backpack. I would only shop at Moosejaw again if I was guaranteed proper packaging of my order. Thankfully, the item was not damaged.

SHOPPING AT MOOSEJAW WAS OK UNTIL MY PACKAGE ARRIVED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHERE IT ACCRUED IMPORT DUTY AND VAT TOTALING OVER $160. AS I WAS NOT MADE CLEARLY AWARE OF THIS RISK I, THINK I WOULD DECLINE FROM SHOPPING AGAIN AND CERATAINALY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND IT TO OTHERS LIVING OUTWITH THE USA.

very easy. exceptionally quick... i got my order 2 days after i placed it, and that was with free shipping. i needed to return one of the items, and they were very quick in replying back to my question about that. very good experience.

I'm a big fan of Moosejaw. When the pack I ordered didn't have a tracking number on their web site, I called them, quite worried. They explained that they had had to order it from the manufacturer and when they received it, they would ship it to me. I told them I needed it by a specific date and they shipped it expedited, at no extra cost, to ensure I had it by that date! Everything else I ordered came on time and were all great deals. Also, they are serious about their price guarantees--I know, I got a free t-shirt and a price match on an already low-priced item! And, be sure to check out Today's Remarks--they're funny and if you answer a trivia question correctly, you get a prize! I did just that and my prize was a discount on a future order!

Moosejaw is a great store for fast reliable service. They have a great product selection of many hard to find outdoor products such as Arcteryx and Patagonia. Additionally, customer service is always helpful and friendly if you have any questions or problems. I highly recommend trying this merchant, because once you start you wont want to shop any where else.

i was very happy with their service with the exception to one thing. my black diamond camolot was shipped in a soft plastic envelope without any padding. while it came to me in good condition, any type of climbing gear being shipped should be packaged in a padded and protective manner. if i had ordered carabiners and they were sent to me packaged in this manner, i would have asked for a refund or replacement (shipped properly) without a doubt. thanks.
