Overall, I was satisfied. However, I was supposed to receive a form/notice of some kind to confirm an offer; I was to receive $65.00 in free merchandise - one half of my order total. I have not received an email or follow-up notice from the merchant.

over-all it was a good experience. one jacket had to be returned for a different size and i would have thought they could have provided return postage; but, they did not. spending $500. for jackets should make them a little more understanding in this economic climate. i guess they figured if you could spend that amount on jackets, you could afford the $7.95 return postage, too.

My order was delayed several days because of UPS. Moosejaw refunded my shipping fee when I contacted customer service to complain about the delivery delay. Moosejaw is an excellent store. I'll be shopping with them in the future.

My vest was stuffed into a box that was too small and it arrived all wrinkled. It should have been shipped in a larger flt style box rather than a small cube box. The color was also not what I expected. I expected a deep red and it was an orange red.

The online ordering system was backlogged due to the special they were running at the time. I have always had good luck with making purchases from Moosejaw and have found that if I have any concerns, they address them quickly both via the mail and at their East Lansing Store. The Ann Arbor Store is not a accomodating as the good folks in East Lansing, I only go green.

I shopped on Cyber Monday. Got online at 8 a.m. and with web crashes and glitches had to call customer service who couldn't do anything either because of the system crash. I had to leave all my info with her so they could order it. This process took a full hour for one jacket. Late Monday night, I didn't have confirmation of my order and did a live chat with a CSR. They didn't see my order either so they placed the order again. Today I noticed I was charged twice for the $150 jacket. I again went to web chat and hopefully it it resolved. I will know by tomorrow, but I do know it took 2 full hours just to get one jacket which is unacceptable.

This merchant had the item on sale for half price and I did compare shop and no one else had this item on sale. Unfortunately the boots did not fit as I had hoped and I returned them. I did not recieve my return credit yet, but as far as the purchase and delivery, this merchant was excellent in price and service.
