Mobileation Ride On Toys

In the email confirmation of my June 20 order, placed for a July 1 birthday : "You will receive a separate e-mail with tracking information within 4 business days for non-freight orders."

Not having heard from them, I called today (June 26) and was told that the item was back-ordered, with no projected delivery date available.

I am particularly incensed, because I had to call them to find out the item was unavailable, and because my gift (which I've now ordered from another source) will not be on time. And, to add insult to injury, they already had charged my credit card for the $200+ purchase price.

I had problems with the product, but Mobileation, and Bobbie in particular helped me resolve the problem quickly and professionally. I appreciate the great customer service!

Mobileation has an amazing variety of ride-ons. Even though it takes a little while to receive items, the shipping is free and the quality of items is good. Worth the wait. After 3.5 weeks I was not notified that the manufacturer of my item had temporarily ran out of stock, but when I called them, they explained the problem and assured me I would have the item no later than the following week.

Your product arrived quickly. It was easy to set up and ready to ride. We will be calling for replacement parts for a previous smaller version. So we will see how your customer service is, I expect it to be as great as your order dept.!! The transcaction was very straightforward and the bed was delivered 2 days early. The delivery people were very courteous and helpful. The box arrived opened, but all contents were present and in good condition. Their price was significantly lower than competitors, and I would definitely shop from them again.

Mobileation ships all Ste2 products from Step2 in Ohio. When I called Mobileation for udpate on my shipment, they sent me to Daylight Trucking(or Tracker). My shipment was stuck in San Francisco (destination is one hour away from San Francisco) awaiting clearance from Step2 on some billing stuff. I had to clear the whole thing myself. Waste of time. Next time, I will buy from Babies R Us and pay the extra $100 for the price difference and have it delivered in two days rather than two weeks. Mobileation should track the order from start to finish.

I only got email for orderkonfirmation and I couldn't find the "tracking" button on your website. Play kitchen was in backorder to mid-april, but that changed to late april. This is not Mobilations fault at all, this was from the manufactorer.... I would have liked an email though, telling me that now the play kitchen was on its way. Well now the kitchen is here and my kids love it, and when they are happy, I'm happy.

I ordered a wagon from Moibleation. It has been 3 weeks and no signs of anything. Not a tracking number and email or an explanation. My card was debited without a product. Now the birthday has passed and one unhappy son.

I ordered the wagon, expecting to receive it in 7-10 business days as stated on the website. After two weeks and several emails, I was finally told the wagon wouldn't be available for another two months. Mobileation couldn't give me a date or assurance that the wagon was even available, so I cancelled my order. Mobileation also charged my credit card on the date I placed my order. They did this "To preserve my place in the queue" for the item I ordered. I disagree with this practice. My credit card should not be charged until my order is shipped to me. In the future I will only do business with companies which track their inventory and, therefore, can tell me at the time I place my order, if an item is in stock or when it will be available.

They have great products and prices, but I am surprised that they do not require a delivery signature, considering the value of the toys. I was first given a wrong tracking number, when the correct one was given, I was shocked that the item was delivered with no signature required a couple days earlier and that the item was left in front of the garage! I would here again, but would insist on a signature on delivery.

I had an excellent experience with my order from Mobileation. I called customer service prior to placing my order, and the company's representative quickly called me back to confirm the item I wanted was in stock. I then placed the order online and was pleasantly surprised to receive the shipment in one week as opposed to the two weeks suggested on their website.

I ordered a Christmas gift rather late and didn't think it would arrive in time and did not pay extra so that it would, but on Christmas morning, the requested red sled was sitting under the tree. Lots of interesting things on the site and I did not see another sled like this anywhere else this year.

The price was the best, and we received the trike when stated. The link the company gave to track the shipping was to a page not related to shipping. I just waited the amount of time they stated I would get the package and it came.

Tricycle should have arrived on or a few days after Christmas. I had to call to find out that the item had been delayed for over six weeks. No email to inform me of delay. They do have a great selection of toys and good customer service over the phone.

Mobileation uses drop-ship direct from the mauufacturer. We ordered two items, received one, and the manufacturer discontinued the other. Mobileation customer service was excellent, however Mobileation did charge our credit card for both items before they knew that we hadn't got both. The card is supposed to be credited back, but as of this writing I don't know if that has been done.

Excellent place to shop for unquie toys for kids. I am very pleased with the quality of toys. Will be back to shop again. Look into selling 49cc bikes and or up to 200 cc bikes, similar to the pagstas. Also maybe look into selling miniture snowmobiles in the future. Thanks Mobilelation, Lori S.

My experience with this company was excellent! I had a question about the actual size of the fire house that I wanted to order...I emailed a question to the address given..I recieved an answer promptly...the person who answered my email actually took the time to take the product off the shelf and open it to let me know the size of the item which I consider a great service. The fire station was shipped and I recieved extremely quickly!! I will definatly be using them again. Thank You...you made me and my son who recieved the fire house as a Chrismas gift, very happy!
