I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received and the ease of purchasing through them. I was interested in an Inversion table, but had questions about different manufacturers and models. I was also hesitant to purchase a large item online. But, after reading positive reviews, I decided to give Mercantila a try. I called and was shocked to find, not only was I able to speak to a real person (on a Saturday evening no less) but that person was also very knowledgeable about the product. Shipping was free for the product I purchased and it was delivered on the exact date as promised. They kept me informed by email from the moment of purchase through the delivery. They truly deliver, in every possible way!

I called for my order and the women was very nice and quick. My order was delivered on time but I was missing a big part to it. I tried to call them but I was on the phone for over 8 min waiting and I just don't have the time. I wrote an email over 4 days ago and no one has called me back yet.

I have never had so much seller interaction on a purchase as I did with Mercantila. Mercantila would send me emails informing me of the status of my transaction through every step of the way. I appreciate that. The order arrived in a timely manner. To be honest, the product is a gift and has not been opened and checked. However, the writing on the box suggests that it is correct. Shopping was easy. Item is sturdy. the only con is that it's so high that one has to hold on to something so as not to fall off or fall down. The tension is rather high and no adjustment to lower it.  It's not made for beginners like myself until I can build up my strength first not to fall but hope to get to it some day.

I ordered a 5 piece dining room set from The Dining Room Superstore. I was shipped the table only. The quality is terrible the oak trim is and 1/8 inch from the top of the table surface leaving a edge on the top surface of the table.  It is flimsy and useless with no chairs. Without a phone number to call on the website you have to send an email with your number and they are susposed to call back. I wish I would have seen thier ratings before I ordered. Tell all your friends "DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MERCANTILA"

I had a great experience with Mercantilla.  The website was easy to navigate, had lots of variety, and good reviews. They have alot of deals  and daily specials. when I found the stroller I liked, The order process was easy.  They sent me a tracking number right away, and I got my stroller in great condition. They shipped my product within 2-3 days and With Fed Ex Ground shipping I got my product within a week.  The email communication was very thourough.  They sent me a confirmation email, one when my order was shipped and a final survey email after I recieved the item. 

 They also had the best price.  I looked at about 5 other stores with the exact same product, and Mercantilla beat them all by $50 or more!!  I'll definately be a repeat customer.

I am very happy with the product and the delivery was faster than expected. Everything was updated on the website quickly and the Rowing Machine Super store was very helpful with my queations. I am very pleased with the Gravity inversion table I bought.  It is sturdy and well-made.The shipping was very prompt and FREE.  The price that was advertised is exactly what I paid.The assembly instructions could be more detailed, but I was able to assemble the unit with little difficulty.

I ordered the product at night, it was processed the next day.  I expected to receive the item in two weeks or more and received it in less than 1 week.  Bear in mind the item in question weighs over a hundred pounds.  Can't ask for more.

I have not had much time to use my new row machine since I pull a muscle in my back raking leaves, but I can tell you my order came faster than I had expected. Mercantila did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my order via e-mail. However, before buying my row machine from Mercantila, I checked other web sites for the same row machine, but all of Mercantila competitors were much more expensive and/or did not include free shipping, so I was happy about the price. When I recieved the product it wasn't too hard to assemble. It took me 15 minutes or less. I like equipment that fulfills a basic purpose and its not too complicated. I think this row machine will fit in just fine with all of my other equipment.

I ordered the Stamina Magnetic Resistance 4825 Recumbent bike from Mercantila. The bike requires assembly and was delivered in great condition with no missing pieces. Delivery was fast and the bike was reasonably priced. In fact Mercantila had the lowest price I was able to find for the bike! Once you place your order on the website  Mercantila will send you e-mails to let you know what's going on with your order. Once your order has shipped they will send you a tracking number so that you can estimate when your order will arrive. Mine actually arrived 1 day earlier than expected! Good prices along with polite, professional correspondence means I will definately use Mercantila again for future health equipment purchases!
