My husband ordered a suit from MensUSA on Tuesday Mar., 10 and was told that the suit would be shipped the next day and would be here by Friday for a wedding he is going to be in on Saturday . He paid extra for faster shipping. Thursday night at 10:00 pm we received a call from the company telling us that they forgot to ship the suit and we would not be receiving it before the wedding. My husband became extremely distraught due to the fact that we were unable to find one in our area and it's in 2 days. My husband asked if the suit could be overnighted to us since it was the companies error and the reply he got was no and that he would issue a refund. The "customer service" rep laughed about my husbands predicament and said it was a minor inconvenience and my husband asked to speak with a manager. A man with a thick accent got on the phone and told my husband to "relax and have a fu***g beer, we are going to issue a f***ng refund". My husband then hung up on the man after saying a few choice words. I then called back and spoke with "Michael Julian" which is a made up name. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that i was speaking to one. He then proceeded to tell me that usually wedding parties pay for the groomsmens suits. Then I asked for Michael Anderson and he said he had left for the day, I asked if he had a voice mail and Michael Julian said it was full and wouldn't take any messages, so I told him I would call back tomorrow to speak with Michael Anderson. Michael julian then said "yeah great, just continue to call back repeatedly. Then another man got on the phone and said Michael Anderson doesn't have time for me. I asked who i was speaking to and he said "loco" and he just hysterically laughed at me and I just said I'll call back tomorrow and speak with someone about getting them fired. Michael Julian then said that was Michael Anderson and he is the owner and I can't get the owner fired. I called back a few days later and the owner said he was sorry and that he was drunk that night. So it was the owner, and I told him that he had a great business plan to get wasted and head to work to aggravate his customers.
