WARNING: You should never use them as customer service is non-existent!!!!

I have ordered in the past from the company with no major issues. However, my current order needs to be returned and they are ignoring my emails (3) and phone calls (2). Guess I ordered one time to many....never again.

I am very upset, I placed an order on 3/09/08 from Mardi Bra, this was a Champion empire tank top. There was no mention of being on backorder, they did take $33.53 from my account , and I see from the site, that my item is being held until available, with no mention of when that will be. I have called Mardi Bra at least 6 times and have asked to cancel my order and refund my money and they have not responded. Their recording states that they will return the call either that day or the next business day, and I have not heard from them at all. I have left my work number, my home number and my cell number. What do I have to do in order to get my refund?? This is very frustrating when there is no response. I cant believe that there is not other people who have had the same experience that I have had. They were so fast to take my money, why would they not wait to take my money at the time of shipping? This seems very odd to me, and makes me very unhappy!

I placed an order for 4 items on 6/19. My credit card was charged for all 4 items on 6/20. On 6/21, I received an e-mail telling me that all 4 items had been shipped to me. When I received the package, only 3 items were in the package. My total   Read full review...

I placed my order on-line on April 26 and received an immediate order confirmation. My credit card was charged that day for the total amount. Nearly 3 weeks passed and when I inquired about my order, I received 3 messages within 3 days that it had been shipped. On the same day as the last message, I received another message that 2 of my 3 items ordered were not available--and did I want a refund. The order was finally received on May 21. My refund was done that same day. What's wrong with this picture??

I have never dealt with any on-line retailer who didn't know immediately what their stock was when the order was placed. My credit card has never been charged until the day my order was shipped. And for this order to take nearly a month to arrive is sub-standard service. Maybe they do have very good prices, but be prepared to wait.

This was my second experience with Mardi Bra and it was the same as last time - perfect! A company. I can't say enough good things about them. I only wish other online stores had such a great web site, efficiency & prompt replies to questions like it was with my 1st order with them. Did I mention that the shipping costs are free if you spend $100. but that if it's below that, that the shipping cost is REALISTIC (I'd guess it's probably their cost), not high like some other places charges.

I waited for the item--then followed through with tracking--the order was tracked to a location across the country--No one at MardiBra has responded to my notification that the item was shipped to the wrong location and that I have not received it. I will be contacting VISA about this and asking for a refund since the seller is ignorning me.
