I want to sue

A review by denverconsumer written on Jan 2, 2009

One big scam.  I wish I had the money and time to sue them.
I ordered $1000 worth of electronics, using my Debit Card (it came directly from my checking account).  They called me and asked for additional information (my personal address, to which the debit card is NOT attached) for verification, which they should never need to verify.  After I gave them my extra personal information for verification, they immediately charged my credit card.  I paid for overnight shipping, and they said they would have it to me by the next morning.
I did not get it the next morning, or the following day, or the day after that.  On the fourth day, I called them, and they said that the item was discontinued.  This item is the latest, state-of-the-art GPS, so there's no way it's discontinued.  Then they said they would take another week to refund the money into my checking account ($1000!).
Bottom line - they are scamming people, getting personal information that shouldn't be required - at this point, I wouldn't be surprised to see them steal my identity.  And they are claiming to have items they don't have.  And they are charging credit cards long before they even look at inventory.
Put the CEO in jail!
