I've bought from macmall in the past and everything has gone fairly well. I recently returned to them to purchase a 24 inch iMac and associated materials. I had no problem talking with a sales rep over the phone and he answered all my questions with informed answers. He knew what he was talking about.

I had specific questions about all the rebates since that's really where Macmall seemed to outpace the competitors. I've had trouble with rebates in the past, as a lot of companies try to scam you on them. He assured me that no problem would occur with the rebates.

The order comes and everything is great and just as expected, I have no problem there. However, I did receive letters in the mail saying that my rebate claims had been denied. This was frustrating, especially since I asked the sales rep about this very matter. I called Macmall ready to unload on them for denying the claims but when the rep checked the computer she said that there was no record of them being denied and that they should arrive soon. What? Something fishy with the rebates, but otherwise no problems with the actual product or delivery.
