Living Comforts Etc.

WE ordered the laundry bin an 3/5/07. Have not received any info. as to why they havfen't shipped yet. I finally called them today, and they said they were temporarily out of stock and it will ship on March 22. They probably have no intention to ship then either.

I placedc my order on 6 Mar 07 and it still hasn't shipped as of 20 Mar. I phoned three times to request the status. First time I was told it would ship the following Monday, 19 Mar. The second time I called I was told they didn't know when it would ship because everyone went home for the day. The 3rd time I called I was told it would ship on Thursday, 22 Mar and was delayed because it was back ordered.

I've never received my merchandise. When I questioned the merchant two weeks later, their response was "we'll get it in the mail in a few days." I've never received my merchandise. Terrible service.......

Have'nt received my iron yet and they have charged my credit card already and it has been paid for. I'm not a happy camper. Most of the things I have ordered before came pretty quickly.

This company is not particularly good at communication regarding ship date. There is a missing item that I am haven't gotten a reply from them on yet.

You were the only place I found the item I was looking for or at least discribed well enough that I knew it was what I wanted. I didn't get a rebate or I don't remember being offered a rebate. On question 6 I had to check something to send this survey in.
