Ordering was simple, efficient, and I received my order in a timely manner. I also appreciate the wide selection available. Liquorama was out of stock of one of the vintages I had ordered. They immediately called and asked for my approval for a substitution. The substitution was handled without any problem. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.

This product is no longer distributed/sold in New England, so we can only purchase online. Liquorama provided not only the lowest pricing, but the website is comprehensive, easy to navigate, and ordering process efficient. We plan to order from them regularly, as long as the pricing remains competitive.

I received the merchandise on time and it was exactly what I was expecting. However, I followed up with their customer service via email because I didnt receive the set of straws that were to be included w/ my POP champagne order and I never received a response or the straws that were left out of my order.

Great experience and merchant/sevice was extremely efficient. I ordered 3 bottles of Hiram Walker Cinnamon Lava-it is the worst liquor/conglomeration I have ever tasted in my lifetime. I won't even attempt to give it away for Xmas presents because it is so bad..........Jennifer said Liquorama would give me a $6.00 credit on my next order and I appreciate that. Rest of order was just fine.

Great selection, fairly easy to locate what you want via their website. Prompt delivery with no problems. I was a little nervous about buying a case of expensive wine over the internet from a company I was not familiar with, but the site provides descriptions of their staff which helped alleviate my concerns.
