Good product, okay customer service, terrible packing/shipping department

I have had to order 3 times from Linen Source to get the correct items delivered. The first order I placed contained most of the correct merchandise, however, two pairs of curtains were mislabeled. Completely different product in the package than what I had ordered, although the label on the package was correct. I Emailed customer service and received a response, advising I would not be charged for return shipping, if it was their error. I re-ordered what was wrong from the initial order (2 pairs of curtains) and only received one pair, although the packing slip indicated 2 pairs to be picked. I Emailed customer service, and did not receive a 24 hour reply, as indicated on the website. A few days later, I received a reply. I will say the quality of the curtains is good, however, I would not advise ordering from this company if you are in a hurry for what you need. This saga has continued for the last month, and today I am placing an order again for their mistake (again). I will not deal with this company after I receive everything. My only hope is that they get the credit card billing straight. Buyer, beware!
