The item I was looking for was easy to find and priced fairly. I've experienced more responsive tracking at other sites, but the fact that the item was shipped promptly, arrived quickly and in perfect condition essentially made that a moot point. I will definitely shop with this company again.

They need a better way to make sure that customers receive the correct tracking number for their order. I received one and was panicked because it told me that my order was delivered to Maryland when I live in Michigan. I also had to call in twice in order to get a tracking number. I guess it is a different system if you pay by Paypal but it should be fixed. The battery is great!

I ordered a replacement bulb for my 50v500 and it didn't fit. So I sent it back. I tracked the package and the afternoon it was delivered I called Laptops for less and asked them when my account would be credited. The operator told me it would be at least a couple of weeks because they were "backed up " with returns. So now I have to wait for them to finally get to MY return before my account is credited and I can buy another lamp. I wonder why they have so many returns? Or why it takes several weeks to credit someones account. I think this is a one person operation with a fancy website and no real direction. I feel very uneasy about how long it will actually take to receive my money. I would never shop here again and I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody. Pay the extra 10-20 dollars and get a trusted product from a trusted company. This site offers neither.

The online ordering process and delivery were easy to use and worked well. The torx screwdriver provided with the battery was of poor quality and not the proper size. I almost stripped a screw using it. Fortunately I was able to go out and buy the proper size torx screwdriver. The installation instructions provided with the battery were poorly written (not enough detail and left out important information) and the images were fuzzy and hard to read. The battery itself seems fine so far.

Ordered a replacement lamp for my Hitachi 50v500. Lamp was mismatched with a plastic tab that prevented it from fitting. Luckily, I managed to break the piece off and got it to fit. Lamp light's constantly flashing on the set after only 30 days. Emails and phone calls to laptopsforless go unanswered. No customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Battery fits perfectly, it holds a charge and the supplied screwdriver was great! I'll definitely use them for more batteries and accessories. This was a painless transaction with excellent and fast results. I had one merchant send me a battery that managed hold a charge for little longer than the warranty period.

In general, the site was easy to use, and my order was processed efficiently. I had some minor difficulty figuring out what to order, since the list of AC adapters for laptop PCs did not contain my laptops make/model. I had to match the electrical specs of the on-line product to my existing module. However, that was not difficult to do, thanks to the site's detailed product information. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

I've ordered a VGP-BLP2 Battery for my Sony Laptop on 13th of February , and I'm still waiting receive it! . Customer service is useless as they don't even know whether or not the item has been shipped. As i call from Outside US they make me wait during 10/20 min on phone...I don't like this...3 call already and no answer, I can't even track my purchase on the site as my email or Order number are not know. Although I received an email confirmation after my order.

It's seems it's at least the mess out there, maybe more...

The 7.2 and 9.6 V batteries were discontinued, but I received the 4.8V with no problem. The 7.2 was taken off the website and I didn't order it (I saw it while shopping a few weeks earier). Customer service was helpful in giving a refund for the 9.6V.
