It was easy to navigate the site. Ordering was easy, it was a very good experenice. Oh by the way, I love the Right Fit pants. For the first time in my life I have pants that actually fit.

I live in Hawaii and when a merchant says free shipping I take advantage of it. What makes me mad is they ship is on the slow boat. If you don't want to pay to send it so we can use it then don't say free shipping.

When I made this purchase, it was on a BOGO free, and I must say that I'm disappointed that I can't receive any of it until January 2009! This is diappointing.

Lane Bryant is an amazing store I love their merchandise although it is a little on the pricey side. They make top of the line items that other stores dont offer especially in my size!! The online experience with them was no different than any in store visit I have made. Everything was as easy as it is in store!!

Can usually find items on line that are not available in my local store, but it is difficult to get a accurate picture of how item looks just from a picture. Always the risk of having to send item back if improper sizing, etc. Overall happy with purchase and experience.

Things seem to "Look better" on the website than they do when they are recieved. It also takes quite a long while before the items are shipped from the warehouse. Other online merchants I've shopped from almost always ship within 24 hours. This is very frustrating!!!

The mailing was a problem not due to Lane Bryant or myself, but Lane Bryant was not able to send the items to me. So I have to reorder the items, which is an inconvience and I problable will not reorder.

The pants were perfect. I like to have more sweaters but I can not wear most of the sweater you have. I am allergic to Acrylic. I have senitive skin. The few sweaters that are 100% cotton look horrible or is a nasty color. I will pay $50 for a sweater if it is 100% cotton. I will not pay the same price for cotten for a less expensive alternative. Acrylic also does not last long, they tend to fuzz. After a few washs it starts to squeak and it feels funny. Go back to Cotton.

One pair of pants was great, ordered another pair in the same style, just different wash, didn't fit at all, not even close to same pants. Very odd, sent them back. Very fast shipping though!

One of the shirts had a hole in it, I will probably return some things. The right fit pants did not fit like the ones that I have bought in the past even though they are the same size. It is very hard to find the size that you need because the clothes are always made different.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have not recieved anything yet. I had problems when I placed the order initially but then finally it went through, which I was glad about because even though I emailed customer service for assistance they never got back to me about the problem with placing the order. Now I checked to follow up with the order it still hasn't been shipped out and it doesn't say anything about it being on back order. I am currently waiting to hear back from the customer service department to see what the delay is.

I haven't received my merchandise yet. I also have not received a shipping confirmation. it has been 6 business days already, I have not been notified of any delay. i emailed customer service, and have not received a response yet about the delay. I am rather disappointed, as all of the other merchandise that I've ordered from other merchants, on the same day, has been delivered.

The website was fairly easy to use and the sale was great. I was excited to receive an email saying my order had been shipped just the next day (especially since it was a Saturday), but that was 10 days ago and the product is still two states away according to their (very poor) tracking system. IF I were to order online from them again (I doubt it) I would choose next day or 2 day shipping.

The salesperson was very helpful, and knowledgable. I congratulate Lane Bryant on finding a manufacturer who understands that plus size women aren't all short. For the first time in years, I found a pair of pants that was long enough. I bought four pairs! I will continue to shop at Lane Bryant for the majority of my working wardrobe.

I found their website very easy to use. Ordering was easy. The only problem I had was that I didn't measure properly so the jeans I bought were too big...but that was my fault.
