I just received several cabinet storage items that I recently ordered. I called in the order because I wanted to make sure I did the measuring correct. I ordered a pantry system, appliance shelf and a lazy susan. Delivery was prompt. I was not looking forward to getting everything installed but it really wasn't that bad. I did it myself with the help of the directions, of course. My kitchen is organized and everything is so accessible. I will definitely buy  from KitchenSource.com, again.

I purchased a pie cut lazy susan. I followed the instructions as best I could to get the proper measurements. You need to be a professional (builder) to be able to understand the instructions. It turns out I ordered the wrong size. They do not carry the size I needed. I am being charged the restocking fee and am paying for the original S&H as well as the return S&H. When I called to talk with a customer service rep she hung up on me. I followed with an e-mail to a supervisor and have never received a reply. My advice ..... do not purchase form this company!!!

I had shopped around quite a bit on the web and found the best price at kitchensource.com on a John Boos pot rack. Customer service was very friendly and I received the order 3 days earlier than they said it would arrive! :)

Pot rack was beatiful and looks great in my new kitchen. I would definitely shop there again.

Awesome online store...I ordered a built-in trash can directly from the website. I quickly discovered that i ordered the wrong item (too small) Their customer service department was very helpful correcting my mistake. I think I spoke with Betty or Letty or some name I am not sure of, but she was really nice and got everything straightened out with only one email. I then Received my item within 5 days. I'm a Happy Camper.

We recently purchases a John Boos Cucina Grande kitchen cart from KitchenSource.com (same company). We found the price to be the best out of all other retailers and were delighted. I agree with the previous poster that customer service is not helpful in answering ANY questions. Reps are not knowledgeable, do not call you back when they say they will, and generally have a bad attitude.

So it is best to be sure of what you want, place the order, and not have any changes. I believe the item was shipped directly from the John Boos manufacturer. They used Yellow Freight, a courier that is really only set up to deliver to businesses. We were given tracking information, but it turns out the tracking is unreliable and the actual delivery date was a day off - a great inconvenience as I had to take two days off of work instead of one. I recommend calling Yellow directly if this case applies to you. Our 250lbs item also could not be brought into the home due to liability issues, so having an extra hand is a good idea.
