I liked the website except for one important problem. When shopping for shoes, the only view of the shoe provided is a side view, so you can't see what the shape of the shoe actually is. The loafers I picked look great from the side, but turned out to have a square shaped toe, which I don't really like. I couldn't see what the toe looked like from the photo provided on the website, so I "gambled" and hoped it would be a round toe shape, and lost. Therefore, I strongly recommend including a "top view" photograph of each shoe along with the side view. Customers want to see the entire shoe shape before making a choice. Thanks!

First, Kenneth Cole is truly the King of Fashion. His shoes for both male, and female are sophisticated, and tips the scale of perfection. My shopping experience is generally great. The only exception is when the items are posted on the site - available, when in fact they are not. There needs to be greater speed in updating the site.
Secondly, the waiting period to speak to a rep is too long. When a person has a card, and is ready to execute a sale by phone the wait currently is too long. Increase reps
Suggestion- show recognition of returning customers, and award them with special incentives/discouunts. This goes a long way in terms of customer loyalty, and recommendation of your products. I have never received a special coupon.
I appreciate this unique opportunity. In the meantime, continue making excellent shoes that appeals to all. Cheers,

The one pair of shoes was the incorrect size and the other pair has a defect on the back strap of the shoe so the shoe falls off my foot every two steps. Really, really disappointing. I'm busy so I shop on line - this experience will cause me to rethink all future orders!!

The website is so crude that I could not see a decent image of the products that I was interested in...if I had not seen it first in the store, I would not have purchased online. For what we are used to in this day of online ordering, the delivery time was much too long. I also returned the item to the store and they told me that they have to mail it back to the online folks...still have not recieved my refund and it has been over 2 weeks. Ridiculous! especiall for a top notch company like Kenneth Cole (or so I thought)

My only gripe is that the item I ordered wasn't available at all (not even at the warehouse), though I wasn't notified of this at all. Had I not called them to ask, I would have been made to wait indefinitely for this non-existent item.
When I finally did call, all I was told was that it was sold out. The service rep didn't offer me any alternatives, and I had to ask to have my card credited back.
I've had decent experiences with KC in the past, though their passivity this time around totally soured me.

Lately, I have been very disappointed with Kenneth Cole. I ordered the Double Loop Hobo on 12/20/2007 and I did not receive it until 1/10/2008. I wanted to return the purse, but it would have been well over the 21 days Kenneth Cole allows for online/phone order purchases. And merchandise purchased online and at KennethCole.com cannot be returned to retail stores. That is just stupid. From this day forward, I will definitely limit my online and phone order purchases.

I ordered cufflinks for Christmas on 12/12 and was told that they would be here for Christmas. Two days before I checked with the company and was told that they couldn't tell me the status of my order and they were unable to ship out via overnight delivery. I went on line and placed the order again. I received my original order on 12/24 and just received the duplicate set today. I am returning one of the pairs for a refund.

In short, it was a complete nightmare.Online first said the item was available but when I called they said it was not. I called a second time to cancel and was informed then that it was in stiock but would be able to be shipped overnight. I placed the order on the 20th and was expecting it by the 24tyh since I paid for express. I was then told DHL was not express shipping until after the holidays. So I asked to continue with the order and I would just get it late well a dy later I had to change the size. Seven days late I finally get the shoes and they are the wrong size. Plus they charged me for stnadard and express mail. I have returned them now to get the right size so we will see if I get them. This isnt event he story in detail. Not happy with the service of this customer.

It was the worst I ever made in an on-line shopping. I want to order 1 watch, in the check-out I got 2 and is not possible to change the order, nor in the on-line nor by phone. I made the order at 12/19/2007 with overnight shipping, but the package hasen't arrived yet. I got different explanations by the Customer Service, but it lokks to me that they dosen't know what they are doing. I'll not recommend to my friends to purchase from Kenneth Cole on-line.

Kenneth Cole is horrible. I will not ever purchase another item from them online or in their stores.Just awful!I'm also going to tell anyone I know not to ever buy another item from this business. No one knew what was going on. I ordered this product a week before Christmas. Thinking if I didn't get it for Christmas I'd at least get it within that week. Yeah right! I still haven't gotten it. Oh, and I wasn't even charged the correct price...I was overcharged big time.

When I placed my order online, I did not receive the discount. I had to call the 800 number and was told that the system was not applying the discount. I then tried to cancel my order a few days later and was told it was not too late and that I would be sent a email confirming the order was cancelled. The next day I got an email indicating the package was shipped. I called the 800 number again and was told it was too late to cancel. I was then told not to accept the order when delivered. When I got home the same day the package was left at my door. I did not recognize the Kenneth Cole label and opened the box. I called the 800 number again and was told I had to pay to have the package returned.

Purchase made through the internet did not calculate correctly. When contacting customer service I was assured my credit card would be corrected. Two phone calls to customer service did not correct the error. I had to return the product at a retail store to be able to correct the error. I will not purchase through your internet again.
