You "kept" an incorrect address from last year which suspended my Mastercard. You sent a $250 gift certificate to the wrong address. I called several times and emailed at least 10 times. No response, no gift certificate. Service was deplorable. You charged me $14 on a split order (you split it) which was supposed to be free shipping. Received the socks at correct address. Still no gift cert - MC charged. Never again.

I placed two separate orders for two bags. I returned the first bag because it didn't work for me like I thought it would. The order for the second bag was cancelled without notification to me. I had to check the status of the order and no reason was given for the cancellation. I think if an order is cancelled by Kenneth Cole, they could at least send an e-mail giving an explanation.

The wallet came with a large scuff mark and the keychain had many scratches and a big ding in it. I was very unhappy.

I like the feel of many of KCP clothes. However! customer service needs to be better versed of your policies and procedures. John is cs is very arrogant and not helpful at all. I believe if companies really cared about their customers they would hire better personell. I believe it's the responsibility of management to ensure the professionalism of it'semployees. Employees usually follow the leader of the company in attitude and performance.

I ordered two items -- 1) a hobo bag and 2) the wristlet. I received notification that my order had been received and accepted however, two or three days later I received an email stating that the order was cancelled with no other explanation. I later learned that the hobo bag was out of stock but did not know if the entire order had been cancelled or if I would receive the wristlet. I did later receive the wristlet. I don't remember if I was notified that the order shipped. The items were ordered a few months ago so I don't exactly recall what happened. I think I remember that it was difficult to get an order status on line after the order was placed but before it was shipped.

I Love Kenneth Cole! I ordered 3 items in which there was a free shipping bonus.This order was placed on November 25th. I had to e-mail after I ordered because the shipping was added to my bill. This was fixed right away I believe? My order was shipped separately on 3 different days which were all far apart. I ordered the shoes and purse to wear as a set for a Christmas party On December 9th but, they did not arrive together. I received the shoes first and the purse days after the party. That kinda sucked. The shirt came last which I guess it was backordered. I live in Canada and had my order shipped to my Parents home in USA By the time I was finished picking up each order I ended up paying $26.00 in bridge tolls and $30.00 in gas. I was not impressed that my order came in 3 separate shipments and that I did not know when to expect my items. I think I would have rather waited for all my items to be shipped together in one box. None the less I love everything I ordered and will probably shop at KC again. I understand it is the Holiday season and things can get a lttle crazy but,I hope in the future that your shipping department will improve. Most Sincerely, Sandra Morrone

Several issues: 1) Wrong tax calculation: generally, tax is calculated on merchandise purchased. However, this site ALWAYS calculated tax on both merchandise AND shipping costs. 2) Several times, when I was ordering, the items seem to be in stock. However, after a few days, some items I received, and some items cancelled because not in stock. For fashion, I ordered items as a package, and many times, to use together. If I received only a pair of pants and not the matching blouse, then there're no uses. 2a) Related to this unexpected cancellation: I could have a chance to buy somewhere else, but if I purchased from Kenneth Cole, then I would not buy from somewhere else. If the items cancelled by Kenneth Cole, I likely will not have a chance to buy somewhere else either, at the cancellation time -> I loose. 2b) Even if items cancelled, I was still charged the full shipping price. For example (only), if I purchased the pants and the blouse at $75 and $50, respectively, and charged $25 for shipping, and $7.50 for tax (at 5%). If the blouse got cancelled , I got credit of $52.50 (%50 plus $2.50 tax), resulting in cost of $105.00. If I was to purchase only the pants, then it's supposed to be $75 $20 (SH) $3.75 = $98.75. You overcharged for taxes, and in this case, for shipping. 2c) If I don't have the whole set, I need to return the pants, it would cost me around $10 to ship back, and you do not refund the shipping (to me). Resulting that I loose $35 just because you sold to me items that was not in stock. There were several incidents in several months. This is not an isolated incident for me, purchasing from Kenneth Cole. You do have great merchandises, but only useful for me if I can get them properly, to use them. The website is very difficult to use. The items come up clearly but when I try to purchase something, I cant. When I call your 1-800 number I am told that the item is "out of stock". This past time, I wanted the boots so much, I kept going back on-line until I finally was able to make an order go thru. Then the "out of stock" item came about a month later. Hum...I'm sure you could get this system working better. I really like your shoes/boots.

The products were recieved in good order, but in a very untimely manner. The company used for delivery failed to deliver on 3 attempts after repeated conversations on my part. They lost the package for a day and then I finally had to travel 40minutes from my home to the warehouse and pick up the package myself. They had the package for a total of 5-6 days in their possession. I am very displeased with this level of service from Kenneth Cole. If I shop again with them, it will probably be only from a store.
