I found an item at Karmaloop.com for over 50% off what it was priced at other online vendors. However, after reading Karmaloop reviews here, I was a bit wary of making the purchase. I initiated an online chat with a customer service representative (took only two clicks to find that option) to ensure that the item I wanted was indeed available before I made the purchase, and that I would not be charged until the item was shipped. The representative was very helpful and ensured that the item was available and that I would not be charged until the item was shipped. He also provided me with all contact information for Karmaloop (that is also easily accessible on the website, and on my emailed receipt) and stayed online with me until I completed my transaction, and then even double-checked to make sure my transaction went through. Once the chat was ended, a transcript of the session was also emailed to me. I placed my order on a Saturday morning, received confirmation immediately, notice of shipment on Monday, and the item arrived early afternoon on Wednesday. The item is exactly as I ordered. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.
