At first, I was slightly disappointed by the limited selection of toys. But the prices were considerably lower than at Toys R Us or other leading toy stores, and since they had an item similar to the one I originally intended to buy, I went ahead and ordered.

Navigating the site was easy, as well as placing the order. I received a confirmation that my order was placed via email immediately, stating what was ordered as well as an estimated arrival time. One day later, I received another email confirming that the order now had shipped. Two days later, the item arrived at my house. Included was an invoice and very clear instructions on the return policy and on how to return an item (basically a no-hassle return policy!).

In short, it is worth checking whether the toy you are looking for is available at KB Toys; the prices are very competetive, and the online store is much easier to "navigate" than the regular retail stores.
