*I deleted my other reviews; was informed I could only write one, so I deleted other one* I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 9th (the day). The flowers were not delivered on the 9th or even the 10th on Mother's Day! When I ordered the flowers, I received email confirmation they would be delivered on the 9th. When they didn't arrive on the 9th by 1pm as indicated, I called customer service (if one could even call it that). They promised they would get them there by the end of the day. They did not arrive on the 9th. I spoke to a supervisor and they promised they would be delivered the next day on the 10th (Mother's Day). I called, sat on line, asked for a supervisor and was promised AGAIN that they would be delivered on the 10th "no matter what". The flowers were never delivered to my wonderful mother. They made up several excuses (not the right flowers, even though I told them they could exchange them for something comparable or better; then "technical issues"). Just Flowers should never make a promise they have no intention of fulfilling or can't fulfill. It's terribly unprofessional.
I was on the phone for hours both May 9th and May 10th and just kept getting the same runaround "I'm sorry; [she, "supervisor"] is talking to other customers. [She, "supervisor"] is not in the office. I can leave her a message and have her call you back right away." I waited for hours each day - no call or email. So much for handling my issue personally. Handling it off and trying to hide behind the customer service people is beyond unprofessional.
No phone calls, no emails saying they didn't meet the deadline that was promised. It is so highly unprofessional for the service they are trying to sell. I can't even tell you the disappointment I have for their service & the way this has been handled. It shocks me that an organization can stay in business based on false promises and the shell game.
I am across the country with a kidney infection; my mom is going through radiation & is on Tamoxifen for breast cancer. JustFlowers.com completely ruined Mother's Day for my mother & me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I suggest anyone and everyone who has had an issue with them do the same. In my opinion, no one should order from JustFlowers.com and they should be out of business. They have another name with the same address called Just Flowers Online, so buyer beware!
*Additional info:
1) What JustFlowers.com claims to offer: an online service that makes it a fast, easy, and convenient way to send flowers (and other items) to your loved ones on a special day. What they actually offered: delays, no responses, failure to deliver on the date promised. Failure to deliver on a promise to deliver it the following day, and and all-around terrible customer service experience.
2) What JustFlowers.com claims to offer: a vast selection of flowers and other items for special occasions. What they actually offered: to make an excuse that they didn't deliver because the arrangement I ordered wasn't available. However, instead of them calling or emailing me, I had to call them and ask why the flowers never arrived. I even told them I was much more than willing to take a substitution of flowers (which was my personal way of trying to go the extra mile to get this delivery accomplished). They still didn't deliver it the following day. This would make most people believe that it turned out to be just one of many excuses why they aren't a reputable company. If you need any further information on the company or my experience, please don't hesitate to send me back a comment or question. I hope you find this review very helpful and never have to go through the experience that so many of us have gone through with JustFlowers.com.
