My coffee maker does not give hot coffee, only warm. When I called JLH I was told that I had to send the maker back to the manufacturer for "repair". Since this was supposed to be a brand-new coffee maker, the idea that I could not send it back for replacement is ludicrius to me!! I will never shop at a merchant like this again.

Ordered an item for $599.00. Received a 1/2 pound of coffee, (which was supposed to be free with order). Per website tracking, status of order "shipped". One USPS tracking number listed. The number from the package of coffee. No indication that the item I actually ordered is still being processed. Sent email to support . It was not answered. I'm VERY upset right now it looks like I paid several hundred dollars for a little bit of coffee. With this much money involved, they should be more responsive.

The prices were low and everything went smoothly. I'll probably buy from them again, because I go through so much tea that expensive tea really adds up! The website had a few bugs, but nothing that prevented the order from coming through (the bugs were mostly in the catalog -- for example there are three links labeled "Black Tea Blends" but only one is black tea -- the other two are green tea and organic green teas). So if you can actually find what you want, the order process is smooth.

Really helpful. Changed my order within an hour or so of placing the original order. Got someone quickly on the phone who amended my order immediately. They obviously have good control over their system. Items came in a timely fashion and well packed. Couldn't have asked for better service in all areas.

I received someone else's order. I sent and email and called and the correct order was sent to me. However, I was to receive a return label to return the first mailing and it was not enclosed with my correct order. Despite this, my coffee arrived just in time and it is delicious!
