I was looking for a Rancilio Silvia at JL Hufford and upon calling them, I ended up buying a Pasquini Livietta. Their sales staff was friendly and helpful. I explained that this was to be my first espresso machine, but I wanted to make it myself rather than get one of the fancy Capressos. The salesman listened to what I had to say and recommended the Livietta because it's easier to steam with. The order shipped same day, which made me excited.

I couldn't be happier with my machine. It looks great in my kitchen, and I find it easy to use now that I have gotten the hang of it. I actually had to call back for help because I was getting very watery espresso and was concerned the machine was broken. Their technician helped me understand a little more about how important the coffee grind can be and how I should be putting it in the machine. The tech also recommended I purchase my own grinder when I'm ready to because some coffee shops may grind espresso differently, which I have found to be true. I will definitely return to JL Hufford to get the grinder because they have been top notch for sure.
